Customer Engagement
One of my favorite stories to tell is about a couple that came in with luck not on their side. They had never financed a vehicle, and only one of them had a drivers license. They came in extremely nervous and very hesitant to be at the dealership. They had only heard horror stories. Both of their vehicles broke down and need to be repaired. They were down on their luck and just needed a little help.
I was able to sit down with them and figure out their needs. I was able to help them finance a vehicle with the help of one of our amazing lenders we work with. They got into a vehicle that fits their needs and helps them accomplish their needs. Being able to help them in their time of need was an amazing experience. I enjoy being able to take people out of a bad situation and being a change in their life.
Misconceptions
People think car sales is all about taking advantage of people. I personally would rather make people happy and see return business. I pride myself in getting things done the right way and building relationships.
