How Does Your Business/Product/Service Stand Out In The Industry? JK Paint is a full service residential and commercial painting company. We employ multiple crews, allowing us the flexibility to work on projects of all size – from single family homes to large commercial buildings. In addition to the painting services, we offer siding repairs and replacement, lead paint removal, dry-rot repairs, light remodels, and many other services related to maintaining or improving your home or business.

Are There Any Misconceptions About Your Business? A common misconception is that the weather has to be 80 degrees and sunny in order to paint the exterior of your home, and that is not the case. In the winter months, so long as the conditions are right, painting exteriors can be just as successful and you will probably get yourself a better deal.
Please Share Any Hurdles/Challenges/Funny Stories Involved In Operating/Starting Your Business. When JK Paint was first starting, Joe ran the business out of his Toyota Corolla that had a broken driver’s side door handle. He would show up to do a bid and have to roll the window down and reach out the window in order to open the door! When he earned the job, he would have to borrow a friend’s truck to get the ladders to the site. If his friend’s truck was not available he used his trusty Corolla and strapped the ladders or needed supplies to the roof with ropes running through the windows. Luckily his sales skills and quality paint jobs spoke for themselves and the JK Paint team will not have to roll up with the ladders on their Corollas any more.
