Chehalem Cultural Center

The Chehalem Cultural Center celebrates the arts, community, education, and heritage. We offer a wide range of workshops, classes, performances & events. Our gallery features an ever-changing display of exhibitions.

The Center has multi-use rental spaces for meetings, seminars, weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate retreats, fundraisers, dances, etc. The renovated outdoor grand entrance to the Center makes the perfect venue for booth exhibits, fundraisers, and community gatherings. We have a beautifully renovated ballroom, gallery , meeting rooms/classrooms, and a small theater available.

The Center is housed in a historic brick building that began its life in 1935 as Central School—a Depression era Works Progress Administration (WPA) project. The building is currently owned by our public partner, the Chehalem Park and Recreation District. Chehalem Cultural Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
